Q: How do I return my order?

A: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 10 days from the receive date to return it. All merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition it was received. Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff (usually within 48 hours of receipt, Mon - Fri only), we will make the refund immediately, and then you will be notified by email.

Q: I wish to return the items to you , what's your address?

A: Please feel free to email us, we will get our address in the reply email.

Good news: beginning Feb 1, 2012, customers in USA or Australia can return your order to a domestic address, say no to the high international return shipping costs, and now returning or exchanging become more realistic and easier !
